TKS Security needed a streamlined solution for managing receipts and invoices submitted by their technicians in the field. The goal was to reduce paperwork, speed up approvals, and ensure accounting received accurate records without delays.

Submissions are flagged for supervisors, who can review and approve directly within the system.

How it helped.
We developed a mobile-friendly application that allows technicians to capture and submit receipts or invoices directly from their devices. Each submission is automatically routed to supervisors for review. Once approved, the entries flow seamlessly to the accounting department for processing, eliminating the manual back-and-forth that previously slowed operations.
