Project Details
The Frankfort-Elberta Athletic Association is a non-profit organization located in Frankfort, Michigan. This organization is dedicated to the management, maintenance, and improvement of the beloved and storied Lockhart Field and the baseball field across the bay from Frankfort in Elberta.
The Athletic Association asked us to help them in their effort to raise awareness and increase donations for the local fields that they managed.
The first part of this project involved creating a brand identity complete with logo, promotional signage, and more.
Features
Discovery
We got to know the FEAA and it’s mission, vision, and five-year plan. We then applied all that research to create numerous logo choices.
Time Sensitive
FEAA board members are volunteers, with lives outside the organization. We made sure to take a streamlined approach for each round of brand revisions.
Donation Driven
The FEAA depends upon donations to get improvements and maintenance accomplished. We had to consider how to maximize giving at every step.

How it helped
The first thing did was create an identity for the new crowdfunding website, we called it Love Lockhart (which is exactly the local communities sentiment, they really do love Lockhart field).
Once the name was cemented we created a logo that incorporated the core elements of the F.E.A.A. and what they manage.
We also created signage and banners that the F.E.A.A. hung during the local football games to build awareness for the site (and dontations for the fields)!
